A great private Tom Fazio design on Florida's west coast, Coral Creek's members acquired the course and hired new leadership with the goal of amplifying the brand and elevating the club's presence in the market.
"Having worked with Matchplay's team at two private clubs, I can enthusiastically say they really understand our operational demands and how that fits with marketing and communications. From photography to marketing collateral and web design, they listened to our needs, presented options, and the resulting work they created for my clubs was always exceptional."
01. Communication
Team approach
With a small management team, communications, brand, and marketing weren't central to Coral Creek. Coral Creek outsourced its key communications needs—sales collateral, member e-mails, web design, postering and other elements—to Matchplay's team of industry experts, relieving pressure on the management team at the club and elevating the brand in turn.
02. Web Design
Digital imagination
Coral Creek isn't a typical club—and it needed a digital presence that captured its essence, something that wasn't being served in its initial template-based website. Matchplay's creative team knew the essence of the club was in the mix of its great golf course and incredible membership experience. We went about capturing those elements in video and photography, and crafted a new bespoke website that showcased what the club does best—engaging members with remarkable golf.

Telling stories
National memberships don't always feel like a club. Coral Creek wasn't connecting with its members and sought a fix. Members, like all golfers, have a fear of missing out. The Coral Creek magazine captured the elements that make the club special, and offered it to members in a responsive package. Similarly, the club's weekly e-mail was cluttered and wasn't timely. The new weekly e-blast highlighted all the great events and opportunities the club presents—in a fashion that allowed each member to dive in where they want.
